By placing an order, scheduling a pickup, or using the Gharit mobile application, website, or services, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions along with our Privacy Policy.
Gharit reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms. Governed by laws of India with exclusive jurisdiction in Mumbai courts.

Insured articles eligible for reimbursement with 15% annual depreciation. Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery. No coverage without explicit opt-in.
Not liable for chemical processing discoloration. Customer responsible for valuables in pockets. Liability limited to service value with depreciation applied.
Committed timelines subject to traffic, weather, and force majeure. No liability for delays. Delivery partners are background-verified and professionally trained.
Payment due 7 days after first order. Terms extendable based on relationship history. Credit limits adjustable without prior notice.
